i had an idea after spending some time with one of my friends in the gym. she mentioned that she goes every day. huh? i don't. but i should. so my idea. how do i get my butt in the gym. i seem to be motivated by blogging... huh, again. and then thought about the 365 self portraits, that i love to look at on flickr. according to most, to loose weight, i am suppose to do cardio 30-60 mins, 6 - 7 times a week... um, that is almost every day!! so that is my challenge.
i will log the cardio that i do each day. this will also challenge me to find new and exciting types of cardio. let's see what happens!!
